So about those travel warnings.

We get asked by the people we are helping plan their vacay about safety.  So we decided to do a blog post about it, check it out.

    I think it's so sad that a U.S. agency can frighten so many people away from traveling to the RM based on limited drug related criminal activity, when they would never permit a similar report to come out about Miami beach, or Galveston, or Newport Beach, or any location in the U.S. that has the same or worse crime rate.  No way would they allow the revenue or reputation to be damaged.

    Are you able to snorkel in Akumal Bay.  I have heard people are getting arrested.  We will be there in January 2018.

    You can.  Just be careful where you snorkel.  Do not go in right in front of Lol Ha.  That area is best avoided.

     



     

    Nothing wrong with me that a margarita on the beach wouldn't fix.......................

    Other countries have issued warnings about traveling to the US due to the high incidence of gun violence.    I am un Europe at the moment, and the first thing people ask, is if I am scared in the US and about the shootings.
