I think your best bet would be the Grand Sirenis. We have stayed there a few times.
Ramps everywhere, right down to the beach. The only issue might be the toilet in the suites as I think it may be too tight to get a wheelchair right beside if that is required. The washrooms were roomy, but the toilet was closed in for privacy. They may have suites with more accessible options. All the public areas had wheelchair options.
