The Villa on Akumal Bay

This is more of a review of the Villa than a trip report because we did not do anything other than hang out at the pool of the Villa and snorkel. The Villa was great. The room we stayed in was the Poseidon Suite and it was large and very comfortable. The pool was just a few feet from the room. The pool as well as all of the grounds and property were well maintained and very clean. If I return I will definitely ask for the Prana Suite next time only because of the outdoor shower. One day the maids were cleaning the Prana and I asked to take a look. It is a little larger and that shower looked awesome. Next time. We were the only guests there for our 10 days so I can't comment on the closeness of the other rooms. I will not attach any pictures because the LG site has much better pictures than I took. All in all a great choice and the perfect location on Akumal Bay.

Hey Shiela, nice to see you posting again, say hi to Tom for me. That does look like a really nice place, only wish they had a little patio for each room, otherwise looks terrific

I agree. That and some other little aspects that I don't like about this place. Looking forward to taking a look when we are there.

That's the one we stayed at (and will again in a month!). Love everything about Raj Kumal and the property.
