Good Morning
House is feeling down right chilly this am. Didn't check the weather, but local guy on TV said overnight low around 49-50. Also finished that report by saying "don't feel bad, up by Rhinelander & Superior they will have low 40s" (think Badger is about halfway between those 2 towns) We are already getting that low lying morning mist that is typical of autumn weather here. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have this than 90s and humid! Just hope we are not starting autumn on Aug. 1st!

Making slow progress on the area we pulled those barberry bushes out of; yesterday I finally got the last of the roots out. Hopefully will be replanting stuff in there at least by the weekend.

I like the new mirror MB. Must have had some serious morning brain fog, 'cuz when I first looked I couldn't figure out why you only had one leg! I like beveled mirrors, but the bevels do trick your eyes sometimes. Light fixtures are nice, too.

Jamie, glad you're slowly feeling better and able to check in.
Bernie, you "sound" better, too. Getting out and about and back to your old self. Do not forget to get the Shingrix when the Doc says it's OK!
Need another cuppa...have a wonderful day!
Cindy

PJ is at her family reunion Paul. Or Sir Paul according to the insurance co? Our nighttime temp is 80 LOL.

Implantitis for unknown reasons or maybe the crown wasn't seated exactly right or who knows? It will be a while before we know if it works, but bridges break also so hopefully this new laser treatment will work. The oral surgeon says so far it looks way more successful than the older very invasive surgical treatments.

Great news that you are on the mend Jamie.

Shoot, work phone is already ringing. Got to run!

Good morning folks! Yesterday was Wednesday, which means my weekly hike with my brother. He related how he was frustrated not losing any weight on these hikes. He regularly walks 9 miles a day, but these hills add a whole new dimension and regularly kick his butt. He did say that his resting heart rate has gone from 70 to 60, a 15% improvement! I am certain his stamina is way up as well. He wants to hit the first trip we took again, just to gauge the improvement. He partakes in LL Bean's fitness program, comes with a fitbit so he knows his numbers, etc.... Me? I know I like hiking and getting some awesome views! Speaking of awesome views:

These blueberries tasted good in the waffles this morning!

One of my favorite rocks, it offended Chuck Norris!

One of 5 windfarms visible from the peak

We have a favorite hiking partner, a 2 year old black lab that belongs to my brother's neighbor:

MB, I love your interior decor!

Bernie, I hope you are able to enjoy the boat while you heal up. Does the jostling on the waves cause any issues?

Jamie, may I recommend a bowl of chocolate ice cream?

SoSo, nothing like eating out of the garden, eh? My garden is giving me pod peas and string beans right now. Steamed with butter and sesame seeds!

Gem, loving the smiles!

Crunch, what is up with the implants? I was not aware. I gotta say just how glad we were to see how very good you looked in May!

Twirley, I can plainly see why you stay at home in the Summer! And why not! 5-8 inches of rain coming??? That's a once a decade rain up here. Just an FYI, when I worked construction, I did not wear my wedding ring, too many things to get it caught on. But, when I was married to Jeannette, I wore it all the time (I was in a supervisory position, so not as much work with my hands).

Today is a party on Sebago lake. We are visiting a mutual friend. The deal is that we are all bringing stuff, potluck, chairs, paper plates, etc.... the hosts do nothing but host, provide the place! Good times coming!

Have a great day all!

Lovin life,
Bob

Howdy and good morning everyone.

Just a little cloudy this AM and will remain partly cloudy on the beach today. Our current temp is 75F at 7:10 and the high a warm 88 degrees.

Yesterday I did a load of laundry ( beach towels from boat ride ) and made a grocery run to Lowe's Foods.  Discovered those goldfish crackers are pricey for the amount one receives. Freddie was out on the porch when she spotted a Blue Tailed Skink. Those little suckers can move pretty darn fast ! She finally caught it and she was heading for the door that leads into the house but no way ! I was standing at the door and shut it quickly so she decided to drop the lizard out of her mouth so the could chase it again. Mistake. It ran like a bolt of lightning. Freddie is out there on the porch right now looking for it. hee, hee.

Today is trash day and the cleaning lady will be here at 10 o'clock.

Gem, great picture of Shana with her grandkids. She always did have a super smile.

SoSo, the boat gas tank holds 50 gallons, or as you would say " that's a lot of liters, eh ?

Jamie, glad you went to the RE and got some help.

MB, that's a good looking mirror you found. I also like that light fixture in your dining room. Fancy !

OK Badger, I promise I won't leave without my camera again. Sean's GF sent me a couple from her phone, so all is not loss. Will post those shortly.

Crunch, very kind of you to send me some goldfish-cheerio's. I was able to just mix the two together.
You made me laugh, though.

Holly, I googled "City Singles" and nada on the search.

Cindy, I have already made note to check for different places to get the Shingles shot as soon as Meredith and family leaves. My neighbor Doug says the Senior Center provides them and someone else told me that CVS has them in stock. My doctor should be back from vacation soon and I plan to email him to ask how soon I can get the vaccine after having the shingles.

Bob, I like all of the granite in your pictures. Thanks for posting the hiking pics and enjoy the lake party.

Coffee all done so need to get a moving. A few boat pictures to follow.

Morning all First names!

Now that's FUNNY!  Badger, you should frame it to hang on your wall!   It can remind you just how important you are!  (Although I hold you in high importance)  That is definitely FB material!

Bernie, everyone looks like they are having a super time!

Crunch, why do you have all non normal medical problems?  Is it a test for working there?  You don't seem to have the average problems.  Your's are always special!  You and Badger both seem to be important!  LOL.

MB, There are way too many lighting choices now making it very hard to decide.  I like both your choices.  I finally picked a design I liked that had several matching applications of mounting, like hanging, flush mount, sconces, etc., and went with that.  My main rooms are all open so they had to be matching or very similar because you can see most all of them at the same time.  Ceiling fans are all the same.

Jamie, so glad you checked in.  As usual, I got busy and forgot to call.  Glad it's just a virus and not something worse, although when you have a virus, you feel like it's the worst sickness ever.  Just like a bad cold.  I know you are miserable and sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Cindy, I'm seeing the same EARLY FALL signs here too.  I hate that!
BTW, I finally got some fish oil for Pearl.  Her constant want for butt scratching is a PAIN IN THE BUTT!  Hope it works although I'm not sure it's not just her want for constant attention.

Chris was gone yesterday working and missed Pearl's second walk for the day.  Pearl was morose all afternoon and evening.  She whined and fussed all day.  He's got her so spoiled that she's rotten.   I decided not to walk her because of what happened last time when she drug me across the lawn.  We played ball a lot!

Soso, glad you are posting a bit more often.
Where's Susy, BB, Bosco and others?

Bob, I like that split rock.  Wonder how that happened so perfectly and when?

I'm having weird issues.  Margarita is still acting frazzled and I don't know why.  I can't sleep.  I don't get sleepy.  I can't fall asleep easily at night like I normally do.  Last night I read, trying to get sleepy.  I finally turned off the light and I bet it was at least 1.5-2 hours before I dozed off.  I don't stay asleep or ever get in a deep sleep mode.  I was semi asleep this morning when my ceiling fan started WHOPPING noises.   That was a sleep "deal breaker".   It hasn't done that in a while.
AND I'm having the twisted gut problem again which I haven't had for a year. It starts when I am in a bent or twisted position and feels like a hernia.  It makes a hard bulge but slowly releases the horrible cramp feeling and the bulge goes down.  This time I was in the car with the seat belt on and I twisted to reach for something.   By the time I get a Dr to run any test or x-ray, it has usually subsided and they tell me I'm just clogged.  But it's HOW I get clogged that is the problem!  Meanwhile I am bloated, gassy and plain old uncomfortable and I can't eat.  Sorry, probably TMI!

I have to get my nails cut today.  Although I have never been able to grow long healthy fingernails, since I've been having the DIP technique manicure, my nails are long and strong.  TOO long!  It's been 3 weeks since I had a manicure and they are about 1/2" beyond my fingertips!  Great for scratching Pearl's butt but too long for nose picking!
There's your greeting for tomorrow, Paul, First Name!  NOSE PICKERS!

Good morning BCers!   I'm back!
We had such a wonderful trip to Chicago and Central Illinois.
The family reunion on Saturday was tons of fun.  A large showing of family members.  Around 80 people.
Fun activities and raffles.  Tons of delicious food.  Invited my oldest BFF in the world to be my guest.
She lives in the area.  We've been friends/Sin Sisters since the day we were born.
So nice to spend the day with her.  The family took her in just like she was one of them.
So many times when I visit Chicago the scheduled is so tight...I don't get to see her.
The last reunion I noticed some people brought a guest.  So knew it would be fine to invite her.
Celebrated my birthday for about 5 days in a row.  Every place we went there was cake and the Bday song.
All my little great-nieces and nephews gave me homemade Bday cards along with a hug.  So sweet!
Put them all on my bulletin board this morning.
Sunday SC, the BF, SJ and I drove into Chicago went to the Museum of Science and Industry.
Then drove around the Wrigley Field area where most of all of SJ's family lived for many years.
(Think they started moving to the suburbs when he was around 9 years old.)
Back to Des Plaines for dinner with family that night.  Bless my SIL and BIL they had everyone over
every night for 3 nights in a row.  We all took turns paying for carryout food.  Set up camp on their
very nice patio area.  SC's BF hit it off really well with her cousin Liz's new husband.
Apparently, the girls decided those two are not allowed to play together.  Something tells me the boys were
coming out ahead in the smart remarks dept.  LOL
Monday was BDay breakfast with MIL and BIL.  SC and the BF had already hit the road for Nashville.
Then we drove down to Central Illinois to visit with my BF/maid of honor and her daughter for a couple of days.
We stayed at the daughter's home on a lake.  Beautiful place!  After so much running around in the Chicago area.
This was just pure relaxation.  The daughter's husband and SJ hit it off so well.  Steve took SJ fishing on the lake.
Caught a bunch of fish.  All too small.  So we grilled pork chops instead of the promised fish fry.  LOL
Yesterday we got up and hit the road.  Home by about 5:30 pm.  Retrieved lil doggie from across the street.
Got lots of wiggles and kisses.  The cat showed up for a rub down. Told me she missed me.  Then took off again.  LOL
Unloaded the truck we started watering veggies and flowers.  Plants were about to croak. No rain while we were gone.
Had a really good time.  But it did feel good to get in my own bed last night.
Next trip up is the end of the month for SJ's 65th Bday.  Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, MS.

Frank, your new granddaughter is beautiful!  Lovely head of hair she was born with.
Nice to see all the great pics of your family.  Grandson is growing like a weed.
Belated Happy Birthday wishes to IM!  Give her a hug for me.

Bernie,  So glad you are feeling better.   Love the boat trip pics.  Nice looking family members.

Jamie,  hope you are feeling much better by now.  That virus even had my daughter running for the doctor.
Took me a long time to get over.  My MIL was just getting over it.  Take care... Hugs.

MB,  gorgeous new lighting fixtures.  Love all of them.

SoSo,  your baby boy is so adorable.  Has to be so much fun.

Badger,  hope Babs enjoyed her visit with family.
Late fall 2020 in PoMo should work for us.  Already started picking up baseball gloves and baseballs on clearance.

jj,  keeping my fingers crossed that you get the pool next year.
Flying weiner dogs...LOL.  Glad he did not hurt himself.

Gem,  gorgeous pic of your daughter with her grandtwins.

Twirls,  hope you are having a good day.  Like all your plans for Mexico.

Better get moving here.  Still need to transfer pics on camera from reunion to computer then post on Reunion FB page.
Wishing everyone a beautiful day!

Good evening all.  Another beautiful summer day here.  83 and sunny with lower dew points.  Did my errands mid-morning.  Stops at the Vets, payment at Kohl's, grocery store and more fuel for the mowers.  Laid back and then headed out doors for flower patrol.  Tomorrow is garbage only.  Will take a while to dispose of all the former unwanted light fixtures and the incredible amount of packing and cardboard boxes.  Glad I have the extra space in garage since I sold the Honda.  Other than that a call to Delta card services, call to electrician,  a call from lighting consultant, and a small load of delicate clothing to wash.  Going to fire up the small charcoal grill at some point and through on some boneless/skinless chicken breast with fresh green beans and some rice or salad for a side.  Had a great visit this morning with my neighbor Sammy.  She owns a nice Vietnamese food/deli store.  52 and not slowing down.  All she does is work seven days a week.  Got ****ed off one day about something and bought a new Honda for her young son, that just moved back home, and new Lexus car for herself.  Really....you already have a Lexus SUV and new work van for yourself and sold your daughters 2-door BMW you bought her a few years ago.  Her love for her generational family is simply over-the-top.  She has a beautiful soul.  We can talk about anything and everything.  Blessed to have her as a neighbor.  Going to enjoy another day off tomorrow except for one noon appointment and then pick up the pace for appointment on Monday and Tuesday.

Hey all, thanks for the compliments on the host of choices/projects I am entrenched in.  I am really excited about getting some things done around here that I've wanted to do for quite some time and put off.

Bernie, so much fun.  Loved the pics you posted.  Was Deb's new friend able to join you?

Badger, funny one on the email you received. You are very important indeed.  Brought a smile to my face. Thx.

Sure hope that laser treatment works out Crunchie.  Time will tell but I for one am confident about it.  So glad I didn't have that one back molar pulled and tried to save it with successful results.

Cindy, you crack me up.  One legged chica with mirror pic.  How did you remove those shrubs....with the lawn tractor?  I have a Weigela that has probably met its shelf life.  I can't imagine trying to dig that out for replacement.  Need more doggie pics please.

Jamie, just take it easy and hopefully that virus will be gone soon.  You've got another cataract appointment coming up too?  Trying to keep up, but I thought it was in August.  Take care and hugs.

PJ, welcome back.  We missed you.  What a fabulous time you had with family and old friends.  Very special memories made.

Twirls, hope the fish oil works for Pearly girly.  Not sure if that was a good thing that Chris spoiled her as he did but she is certainly loved and if need be, you could always hire a doggie walker.  You don't need anymore boo-boos.  Good luck booking some fall/spring flights.

Bob, stunning hiking photos once again.  Loved that split rock.  Amazing the endurance one achieves with exercise.  Enjoy those garden veggies.

Lots of new laws going into effect today. should be interesting.  Time to fire up that grill.  Be well, MB

Good Morning Nose Pickers, (thanks Twirls) it's Friday.

I received an email reply from the insurance company apologizing for their "technical glitch", but this one was addressed to the full name of my construction business. Nothing like the personal touch.

PJ, welcome back, glad you had so much fun and thanks for picking up more stuff for the Mexican kids! I vote we put Twirls in charge of the 2020 trip.

Jamie, how are you doing?

Bernie, where are the photos of the bikini contest?!?

Crunch, some people are clueless.

Bad day at work yesterday, I'm trying to finish up a large garage build but just as we were about to start installing the soffit and fascia, the owner came by and said he had changed his mind about the color of same. I then had to special order the unusual color and this is now screwing up my work schedule.

Boat Drinx tonight.

Wag more....bark less.

There is some interesting speculation to be had here concerning this split rock.

I think it is pretty obvious that the glaciers deposited this rock here, they are all over the place in Maine and northern New England. They are typically called and erratic, and are a different type of rock than the bedrock. But it's granite up here for the most part. And this rock appears to be granite. I'm not a geologist, but looking at this rock, you can see the large patches of light green moss on it where it is shaded. And the black stuff as well.

Looking at the face of the splits, while there is some moss growth, you see much more of the orange in the granite, so this apparently was split after the rock settled here. Rock life is measured in centuries and eons so I can only guess how long this rock has been here and how long ago it split. I would have thought the sheer weight of the glacier would have split it, the ice is estimated to have been over a mile thick in this are during one of the ice ages. I found no impact points or anything that looked like a fault in it (Of course, after it cleaved, the fault line would disappear).

I'm gonna go with Chuck Norris was here!

We had a great time on the shore of Sebago yesterday. We took a pontoon boat ride around. Their place has a couple of islands out front, so there is not the boat traffic the rest of Sebago gets and it is very scenic. We all pitched in with food and just had a great time shooting lots of bull!

Crunch, our posts crossed yesterday, it's a dental implant giving you issues. Best wishes and I hope the dentist can fix it for you.

More life today, for me and for you. Make life great folks!

Lovin life,
Bob

Good Morning
Sounds like your garage client is clueless, too, Paul. (or should I say First Name? wait! wouldn't that be Adam?) I hope the special color is more expensive. I know my contractor brother just gets so mad when one of his clients pulls that kind of last minute change.

Welcome back PJ! You were missed. Great you got to visit with BBF/maid of honor. Mine lives in Michigan, now, so don't get to see her often. In fact, last time I did was her father's funeral.

MB, we tried the lawn tractor on one, but it didn't work, so used the car. Best thing about that project was the McGyver engineering Chris came up with to get the rope around the base of a very thorny shrub: he attached the rope to the working end of a garden hoe, then passed the hoe around the shrub while I held on to the other end of the rope. Shrub pulled with no damage to hands and arms.

Great boating pics, Bernie, even if they weren't yours. Did you get to meet Deb's new BF?
Crunch, hope the laser treatment works. Tooth problems are no fun.
Jamie, good to hear you are doing a little better.

Spent a lot of time "wind rowing" the grass clippings, till my back was screaming. Think I am going to have to drag out the lawn sweeper; there is just too much of it. This afternoon's project. Have some errands this morning.

Need to get going, places to go and things to do! (and the dogs want to come in)
Have a beautiful day!
Cindy

Looks like a beautiful family you hosted on the boat Bernie.

Badger, you continue to make me laugh. Frustrating though about the color change at the last minute.

Welcome back PJ. Glad you had a wonderful trip.

Bobski - you made me laugh too about the "implants"

Quite the gardening adventures C&C.

That nose picking can be dangerous Twirley! Are you napping during the day? That might be an issue. Hope Pearl settles down.

Your home is looking so gorgeous MB. All that hassle is definitely worth it.

Got to Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

Howdy and good morning everyone.

Fairly dark this AM with T-storms on the way. Forecast calling for cloudy all day and I'm sure the tourists are not happy about that. Current temp is 73F at 7:01 with a high of 83 degrees.

Didn't do too much yesterday other than help Angie a little with cleaning.  I usually pick up all the rugs, shake them outside and then put them on the screened porch until Angie is done steaming the floors. She worked a bit longer on this job by also cleaning the upstairs bedroom and bathroom where Meredith's/John's boys will be sleeping. It will be interesting to have a 3 and a 5 year old in the house next week.

Nada on my list today. Might pick up two more beach chairs for our day at the beach. I can't wait to see Jack and Sam's faces when we walk over the sand dunes and see the beach for the 1st time.

Welcome back home, PJ. Man, you guys crammed a lot of activity in a fairly short time. Sounds like family time was great. Again, welcome back.

MB, Debby did not bring her friend with her to my house on Tuesday. He had to work. Glad you got your next Mexico flight booked.

Badger, by the time that group picture of us standing by my boat was taken, the party group of 2 pontoon boats were just leaving ( the two boats behind us ). Oh well.  Bummer on that garage last minute change.

  Hi Bob.

Hi Cindy. I'm not sure why Debby originally asked if she could invite her friend Charlie, as she told me she wasn't planning to hang with him any longer. Strange. I will keep my nose outta all that.

 Hey Crunch.

Coffee all gone.  See y'all later.

Morning all

Crunch, no desire for napping for a few days.  For awhile I couldn't get enough sleep.  Last night I slept great EXCEPT just as I was dozing off, my ceiling fan went NUTZ!  It had been whirring along fine all day.  Ceiling fans in this house are on 24/7 most of the time.  I don't know what happened but I was about 3/4 asleep and it started WHOPP WHOPP WHOPPING !  Sounded like a helicopter was going to crash on me!  I jumped up and switched  on my bedside light and the pull chains were swinging wildly and it looked like it was coming down!  I quickly switched it to LOW speed and it was fine all night.  I'm not so sure that I'm not having a spirit visiting lately.  My thermostat that controls my bedroom also went on the fritz just when I adjusted it for the night.  The 2nd digit of the SET temperature disappeared!  I could see it was 70 something but didn't know if it was 70 or 71.  I left it on 70 whatever and went to bed.  Is Jay visiting?  It is August.
BTW, the thermostat is still at 70? this morning so I switched it off and will replace the batteries to see if that fixes it.

That's all folks...

Good morning BCers!
Beautiful day here.  Moving into that back to school weather...cool mornings and evenings.
Still cracking temps in the 90s in the afternoon.
Spent most of yesterday unpacking.  Wash the dog.  Was trying to load pics from my camera on
to my old laptop.  The camera kept malfunctioning would not stay on.  Even after changing the battery.
Hope it is not broken. The old laptop doesn't accept the memory card.  Then I remembered SC gave me
her old laptop.  It does accept the memory card.  Finally, got the pics loaded up.
Picked out the best ones.  Then posted on Enzenbacher Family FB page.  That job took a while.
Today I need to go to the courthouse and get car tags for SJ and SC's vehicles.  Then a stop at the dump.
Get the wash machine cranking after that.  BIL gave me blueberries from Michigan.  Need to make those up
into some muffins or loaf bread before they spoil.

Uphill, forgot to tell you yesterday how much I enjoyed your pictures from the hike with your brother.
Awesome vistas!

Everyone have a marvelous day!  Hugs

Morning BCRs

Tonnes of rain in the wee hours this am, so no golf this morning as they closed our golf club -too wet so we decided to start on the hall lights.

MB perfect lighting, your DR fixture was on one of my cut lists... and I love the hallway lantern.

Glad you upgraded the fang Crunch.

PJ welcome back, wow what a fun time for you two!  So nice to catch up with old friends.

Looks like some great fun BeBe!  That's expensive to fill up your boat, but you don't smoke or have any expensive vices... HA

Does your brother have a fitbit Bob? would give an accurate measurement of fitness.  That split rock is pretty cool!  Planted bush beans, however will be a later crop as we were slow planting.

Thanks Twirls, the dust is settling with Zoey for the most part, hope to get back on schedule here in the morns.  Summer is so busy, we are heading to the kids on Sun for BBQ and swim.  Get to see their new to them pool.  Have you ever tried a head halter on Pearl for more control?  Electrician to balance your fan and check the electrical to that room si or does Chris do this?

Gotta love form letters Badge LOL.  Hope you charge for CO's, not nice after you bought product.

Time to skoooooot
Make it a gooder everyone!

Afternoon all,

Badger, that story about the form letter was TOO funny, made me LOL

SoSo, BBQ and a nice pool swim sounds wonderful, hope your rain clears. Do you and Glen play golf? Don't remember you mentioning it before.

PJ, your family reunion sounds wonderful and you are so lucky to have such a nice large family. Glad you were also able to see your old friend.

Twirls, hope you can get some decent sleep and that Pearl's rear clears up.

Doing much better, thanks to all, although I still get an occasional bout of chills (just put my long sleeve tee back on) and taking Tylenol, can't keep Ibuprofen down, sticks in my throat.
Had the Geek Squad out this am, PC was running slow so I called Wednesday (took me almost 3 minutes to shut down PC last night). Very strange experience. First they did not have my new phone number which I gave to their customer service rep. Second, they were Home Theater specialists, but managed to work some magic on my PC with the phone help of a friend of theirs. They told me due to mixup they would not charge me. Suggested they drug test the CS rep.

MB, those fixtures look absolutely beautiful, you sure are juggling a lot of balls in the air. My next eye appt is late August, with surgery Sep. 5 be glad to get it over with.

jj, funny story about Woody the Wiener dog taking a flying leap

Good evening.  Another high of 85 but fair skies and 81 now. Beautiful.  More shopping today.  Found two new bedding options for master BR and another pool floatie, new soap dispenser and then headed home before tree trimming service arrived.  I have a split large maple at end of lot.  Needs to go.  I'm actually afraid to mow at end of lawn knowing it could come down any day.  Really liked the arborist, also the assistant district manager.  Learned a lot today about my variety of trees.  Ash borer has hit the one in back yard and three of my next door neighbor's trees.  Thank goodness I have spent the spend on my signature ash tree out front that has gotten regular injections.  I will wait to see his bid, but the split maple needs to be removed, possibly the ash infected tree out back and possibly the furthest back maple which is only split on one side of tree.  Their landscape firm is coming out on Monday to review options about landscaping ideas in the back rear left of lot.  I've lost all my sod from the canopies so hopefully I can make an educated decision after their visit.  I now have a love/hate relationship with trees.  Moving on.....

Jamie, so glad you are doing better.  We were all so worried about you.  Boy you have had so many issues with internet.  Really hoping someone can assist and get it right.  So frustrating.

Cindy, talking about internet issues.  I had a good year of that crap with modem issues and resetting blah, blah, blan.  I finally replaced the router and modem and I was good to go.  Not a problem since.  Better knock hard on some oak. 88 here tomorrow.  Think I may have to mow again.

Badger, sorry about the late change on job.  It's gotta be frustrating.  I'm on the other end...waiting for call backs and trying to retain my patience.

Twirls, keep doing what you are doing and keep moving.  Very odd about the ceiling fan and thermostat acting out.  I'm with SoSo and perhaps you need an electrician just to be on the safe side.

Speaking of SoSo.  How are your chica?  You've been real busy as well.  Would love some more pics of your new digs.

Crunchie, it's TGIF finally.  Praying that dental implant heals well.  You've been through enough and hope the back end issue is improving.

Cindy, I'm getting that fall feel here as well.  Actually one of my maples is turning and losing some leaves.  Talked to the arborist today about it and he asked about the leaning of the tree. Yes, it has definitely changed in the last four years.  Yippee skippee.  Thanks for explanation on the shrub removal.  Crap....I need a cabana boy around here.

Bob, is that sweet kitty kat still stalking your place?

PJ, seems weird to be in 90s and then 60s in the eve.   Mother nature is changing.  Looking forward to some pics.

That's is for me. Going to enjoy my grilled chicken ensalada.  Sweet dreams all.  MB
