Saw on another thread that Frank is going ahead with the experimental treatment at a pretty high cost, but if it helps it will be worth every cent for sure.

You bet worth every cent. Luckily there is a site in Missouri that collects money that is left at a bank, title company, etc.  Called showmethemoney.com .  My mom saw it in the paper and I had 3K from a closing after my employer closed shop.  Guess after being with him for 20 years he figured I earned it. Plus we are best friends. The new medical company I'm going to has a 10% discount plan if paid in full that I might go with after I get more details.  Was suppose to start last Tuesday but Monday night I woke up with a belly ache and diarrhea.  All my luck.  Now it is next Tuesday.  4 days a week working on my back for 5 weeks than the stem cell and platelets for 3.  Fun, fun, fun. Luckily their office is only 7 minutes away. If it works great.  If not,  cover your ears for what comes out of my mouth!

Hi Everyone!

Frank...I so hope it works for you.

We need to get rid of this page. Don't like that it is #666. Yuck.

Pretty arrangements Cindy.

Stunning sunset Nipper.

Badger you brat

Glad SC is settling in and enjoying her new job and condo

Can't remember everything else I have read.

Have a great evening everybody

When I was selling new homes people would ask what their address would be and I'd say 666 Mason......  Boy did I get some looks!  People even wanting to change lots until I spilled my guts!

BB--New procedure.  Have no idea if it will work.  Just praying it does. (And gambling a lot of $$$) Thanks for the thought.

Good evening kids.  Hope y'all had a good day.

I'm trying to help Beach Billy end the "666" page, so maybe some of those lurkers out there can shoot us a post.
I bet Bosco can contribute !

Had a another wonderful beach walk today. The temp was 2 degrees less than yesterday at 70 degrees. Wheee. When you see my pictures, you will think they are the same as yesterday. I guess I shouldn't wear the same shirt & shorts two days in a row.  At any rate, same-same as to the quantity of folks on the beach. ie : very sparse.  I had a good time and added some color to my white body, just in time for the Colorado trip.
Thank you for the church pictures, Chris & Cindy..... I think. Churches make me nervous. Got married in a few of them.

PJ, I just added my flannel sheets and heat mattress this week.  Feels soooo good.

That was good news about your doggie, Holly.

Beach Billy, we miss you. Seriously.

  Good luck, Frank.

Saturday at noonish, Crunch, I start my flights back to cold Colorado.  That is assuming that A/A has pilots to fly the planes.  Will see.

OK, tomorrow is only a packing day, so I'll have time to see y'all in the AM.

Thanks for the help Bernie, lol

Frank, I wouldn't live at an address of 3 sixes.

There is a county here in Kentucky (Breathitt) and their landline prefix is 666. I have seen license plates with that number. I would not accept either. I have purchased stuff that the total came to that and I bought something else to change it. I have seen it come in on our lottery pick three. Who would play those numbers on purpose ? I have a friend whose babys' due date was June 6th and she changed her C-section to the day before, lol. (in 2006).

Good evening.  Hit 47 here.  What a beautiful day the last day of November.  Been busy getting caught up with house work now that I feel better.

PJ, yes the evil Mom look and "no" did the trick.

Cindy, lovely arrangements at your church.

UHK, where ya been?  Hope everything is okay.

Hola Badger.  Hope Babs is on the mend.  Perhaps a mystery guest will be joining you.

Crunchie, I'm with you on the Xóchitl sopa.  So yummy.

Bernie, hopefully you have ticked everything off your list and are almost ready to go.  Love the lit pinto palm.  Gas here incidentally has been holding steady at $2.50.  Glad you got another beach walk in.  I'm envious.  Shorts and t-shirts.

Hi Twirls.  So hope that project is done soon for your sake.  Yikes......don't know where you find the patience and glad Bonnie is doing better.

Hi BeachBilly.  Glad you checked in.

Internet has been wonky a lot lately for many of us.  Kinda scary that it keeps burping.

Time to eat.  Manana, MB.

OK, I'll help y'all get past 666.
Tech guy came and we have a shiny new router, no charge.
MB, I love the new little occasional table.
Holly, good news on Bonnie!
Crunch, how's Mom doing?
Bernie, yeah, try some new poses. Here are some ideas: Stare purposefully out to sea. Pick up a shell and examine it with a serious expression. OK, I give up. Just kidding around, anyway.
BB, I miss you. I find all the BS on FB tedious. Come back to us!

On a serious note, asking for prayers for my BIL Russ, husband of my late sister Patti. Had a heart attack on Thanksgiving morning, a seizure the following day, and dealing with depression on top of that. Really worried about him and what he will or won't do.

Sorry if I've missed/forgotten stuff. Have a good evening.
Cindy

K, I'll try to move this along to the next page :)
Sorry to hear about your BIL Cindy, that is a lot to deal with all at once.
Happy to hear Bonnie is cancer free Twirls, there is enough of that going around.
Lovely decorations Bernie and Cindy.
We are so happy to be home. John is getting much better sleeps now that he is out of the hospital and alarms aren't going off every few minutes.
I did have to take him to emerg twice today. First time because he had a fever, the second time because the doc decided he should start IV antibiotics now instead of waiting for the test results. Bacterial endocarditis is a threat so glad they are being proactive. He has all the symptoms, including a rash I pointed out to them Tuesday.
Trying to figure out the warfarin dosage is taking time, don't think we'll be travelling anywhere anytime soon.
Take care everyone!

Cindy,  love the arrangements you did for your church.  Beautiful!
BB,  I am the same way about the 3 6s deal.  Just no...no.
Got those Christmas decorations dragged out from under the stairs today.
It is always such an ordeal to get the tree box up the stairs.  I dragged the box out
and looked at it.  Thinking how am I going to do this alone.  Then the light in my head went on.
Well just take the tree sections out of the box and take them one at a time upstairs.
There are only three sections.  Then shove the box back in the closet.  Done deal.  Tree is up!
Will put ornaments on tomorrow.  After I get all the lights working.

Buenas Dias Possums, hoy es Viernes.

I was gonna post the word for those with a fear of 666, but it is so long that I am sure I would misspell it.

Barata, appreciate your updates!

PJ, nice thinking.

Frank, good luck!

BeachBilly, I thought you might have crossed over to the dark side for good.

A nice, relaxing day yesterday, Babs is feeling much better, though blood sugar still a bit high this morning.

I really wish I could post pix from here, it would help move the page along. Went up into the pueblo to see our friend Al yesterday and also got a photo of Cueva Dos. In the evening we were sitting at Cueva Uno waiting for our friend Sergio when I hear "Pablo, Pablo!" it was our ol' buddy Wilbert from the ABR. We bought him a couple of beers and caught up on things, lotsa fun. Later, Sergio and his whole fam damily showed up, many more laughs. Sure hope internet speed at next place is better.

Speaking of which, today is moving day, heading up to PoMo, might try to do a short version of Boat Drinx?

Good Morning
OK, Paul, we are up for Bdrinx. Same time?
It's been what? 3 or 4 weeks since we've seen your faces? Glad Babs is feeling better; keep pushing protein at her!

Didn't mention before, but when I was getting the new crown, the spring-loaded little gripper tool that they used to pull off the temp slipped in the assistant's hand and latched on to my lower lip. Big welt and torn, too. They were very apologetic, it will heal eventually, but it is really annoying as my tongue keeps traveling there of its own accord to worry it. As Forrest Gump would say, "one more thang".

All packed, Bernie? I bet you are looking forward to seeing those grand kids!

Renee, thank you for keeping us updated here. Hope they get the meds straightened out quickly! I want to hear John is all better and raring to go. Think of you two all the time, sure wish we lived closer. Our black swans...they make us worry so. Big swan has been deciding on his own which meds he'll take; saw the Doc yesterday and she read him the riot act: take your meds or ELSE! And "or else" is daily injections.

Now I'm forgetting what else I wanted to say, so time for more coffee.
Have a wonderful day
Cindy

Beach Bernie, It is so refreshing seeing your pictures of the beach you walk daily, keep em coming.

I've been skiing daily, and having a blast. After 37 years of skiing, 20 of them downhill, I am learning better technique, which in turn, leads to better skiing. Pretty much, I am self taught, like so many, which means I have learned bad habits. I'm only now unlearning some of those bad habits. Not that any of it prevented me from having tons of fun. Today will make 14 days skiing this season.

I moved to the Bethel Maine area (Woodstock, actually), primarily because I proposed to Jeannette at Sunday River, one of our favorite ski areas. Lots of good memories here. But also, we have had only small dustings of snow, no actual measurable snow. Sunday River already has 18 trails open, enough to give some 3 hours of enjoyable skiing every day. All compliments of their snowmakers and groomers. I moved here for that and I am doing it!

These aren't my pictures, these are yesterday's pictures from the resort itself, and they aren't fudging camera angles. Look at all that powdery white sand.... er.... I mean snow!

I'll be scratching up the corduroy soon enough today!

Lovin life,
Bob

I will add to the page too. Ron had a melanoma removed from his face a few days ago.  So now he has about a dozen stitches across his right cheek and is developing an impressive black eye. He has had smaller ones removed from less obvious places. So no pictures for a while, hope it is looking better for Christmas.

Howdy and good morning everyone.

Cloudy with some light drizzles this AM.  Some sun will peak out later this morning for a partly cloudy day. We may have close to 70 degrees and the current temp is 58 degrees.

Today a few errands :  change the hummer food ( yes, there are still a few of them hanging around ), print my boarding pass ( hope there is a pilot available...two A/A flights tomorrow ) and finally PACK.

PJ, you did it ! You got the tree up.  Good job !

Badger, you sure those wanted pictures are Crunch and Tomas ?  I mean, it's been so long since we have seen a TRIP REPORT from Crunch, how can you be sure it's them ? hee, hee  Enjoy PoMo.

Teasing ya, Crunch. Hey that was a good game last night, si ?  Very exciting.

I'll start packing this afternoon, Cindy. This time I will do a checked bag so I can pack some warmer clothes for the Colorado weather.  Yes, excited to see my two little grand kids Jack & Sam.

Thanks for the pictures, Bob.  Pretty picture of the sun behind that snow maker.

  That's all this AM.
Catch y'all later,
Bernie
