How about these two shells? I have seen plenty of sea biscuits this year, but the bottom of some of the shells is different. The first is what I have always been told is a sea biscuit.

The next one, is different. anyone know what this one is?

Good evening all.  54 and cloudy now.  Been busy last couple of days.  Got the lawn mowed today early.  Yikes, hard to put back on a hoodie but it was in the '40s when I mowed.  Did a walkabout after a couple errands visiting with some neighbors.  Hot shower felt wonderful.  More rain tomorrow.

UHK, thanks for sharing photos for all of us.  That puffer was incredible.

Crunchie y Tomas, great pic of tuna.  What a great time other than those dang biting flies....welts.

Twirls, hang in there.  You are a strong woman.  Hugs.

Xelly, hope you have a great coast weekend.  Sounds like a good time ahead.  Enjoy and be careful not to push it.

Nipper, beautiful tulip.

MS, thanks for all the beautiful pics.  Have really been enjoying them.

Badger, between the rain and cooler weather.  Yuck.  Furnace was running last night and cooler this eve. Burrrr.

Bernie, your staining job looks great.  Oh well on the no spark lunch.  Loving the photos.

A load of wash underway and time to figure out something to eat.  Later, MB

Evening all

More afternoon storms but tornadoes were north of here.
Possibly another round tonight.

Finally got a shower.

I'm managing.

Cindy--This is what I was referring to when I said all kinds of stuff show up on the internet.  This company has 100% guarantee on their Rainbow Rose Seeds.

Good Morning
Frank, as long as it would take to grow a rose from seed to bloom, I think they must be counting on you or the plant to die before it bloomed.  what a ripoff!

Fun boat drinx last night.

Chris had a few small polyps. Depending on results, he goes back in 3-5 years.

UHK, Chris and I both researched the fish. He posted. I wondered if there was any cross-breeding in puffers...like the Queen and Blue Angel fish occasionally interbreed resulting in the Townsend Angel fish. Maybe a Checkered puffer and one of the other puffers?

Still chilly here, rain off and on most of the day. Tomorrow supposed to be a bit nicer.
Have a wonderful day
Cindy

Good Morning Puffers, it's Saturday.

Frank, I say you go for it and plant those seeds, be interesting to see how they turn out. We'll wait.

Thanks for the tuna pic!

Howdy and good morning everyone.

Nice sunny skies once again today. Current temp 70F with a high of 86 degrees.

Yesterday I did a 1.5 hour walk on the beach. Stopped a few times along the way to see what some surf fishermen had caught : a few small sharks. Yikes.  Then a group of ladies caught my eye and they were just a talking and laughing something silly. So I stopped to ask if they would take my picture. They were in such a good mood that I got to have a photo with the group. Pics to follow.

Thanks for the complement, MB. I don't thing the rear porch will need a 2nd coat of stain either; just a touch up on a few spots and it should be a completed job.

Nice shots of all the underwater stuff, Uphill.  I assume you guys are going out to eat once in a while. How about some food porn ?

OK, no big plans today. If I decide to cut the grass, I'll wait until the sun goes behind the tree line. In the meantime, might just go over to the beach again.  Looks like a better place to shop for a possible date,si?
hee,hee.

See y'all later,
Bernie

Gonna see what today has in store for us, fish wise!

Cindy, a woman on Cozumel 4 you blew up my pics and showed me the spines, that's a porcupine fish, and I must say it is the biggest I have ever seen, by far!

Good Morning!
Frank and Cindy, I found rainbow rose seeds on Amazon.  the best review:

"Best if seeds are started in sparkles and given plenty of sunshine. I mixed 1 part sparkles, 1 part dreams, and 2 parts potting soil, and most of my seeds germinated within a week's time. I transplanted them into my magical rose garden and that's when the trouble began... Apparently the leaves on these are really sweet (as apposed to other rainbow roses), because otherwise the fairies would not have eaten all the foliage off. Seller should have made note of this!!! Then, as if that wasn't enough, once they finally started blooming I noticed every morning someone, or something was trampling everything else in the garden and taking my rainbow blooms... Well, after setting up a trail/wildlife cam (assuming I was gonna catch my neighbor's kids in the act) I saw the culprit, or should I say culprits.. To this day I cannot believe what I saw... A group 4 or 5 unicorns were stomping their big dumb hooves all over my botanical masterpiece!!! If it would have been my neighbor's kids, I would have likely just talked to them and left it at that. Unfortunately, because it was unicorns I was left with little choice but to leave pony poison out for them, cause there is just no talking to a unicorn."

Looks like Crunch and Tomas are having a blast.  I don't know where they are staying, but it looks beautiful.

Twirls... I was hoping you would see an improvement by now.  When do you go back to the RA Doctor?  I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this.  How is everything going on your addition?   I didn't realize you had a neighbor that visited with you every day. Does she help you too?

Our weather is all over the place.  We had beautiful weather mid week, and now back to rain.  It was actually cool enough when I got home last night that I needed a jacket.  However, it made for great sleeping with the windows open.

We flew with Allegient to Florida.  My thoughts, I will fly them again.  Yes, it is cafeteria style when purchasing tickets, and adding luggage, but I felt that was the beauty of it.  $40 for check in luggage? no problem, it was still cheaper than SW. Don't get me wrong, I like SW, but I'm all about saving money.  Niece and I will be flying Allegient in July.  Their snacks are way better too.. they have several to choose from at different price points. They take no cash.  all on debit card.  Met the sweetest man on the way down.  He had us laughing all the way there.

Have a great day!

Good morning BCers!
I'm up!  I'm up!  Since 5:55 a.m. when the cat decided it was time.
Got a jump on the chores.  So I guess it was good thing.
jj,  I have been looking at Allegient for future vacations...
Good prices for going to Florida out of Memphis.
Bernie,  Looks like you were butt fishing on land in those pics.
Reeling them in.... But the pretty ladies were just having fun nibbling.  LOL

Morning all
Another rock and roll night but no close tornadoes or I slept through them.   I slept pretty light so I don't think so.

IMO, Allegiant is do able if price is right.

JJ, May 27 is next appointment.
The new neighbor gal ONLY visits and seems needy.  Another neighbor, directly across the street, visits TO HELP or for the tornado shelter.  My morning helper lives close and is paid.   She took care of mom her last few months.  My step niece on Jays side.

ROSE SEEDS...I'd put more faith in JJ's unicorn and fairies.

Bernie, probably a better place for you to find a date versus your tried method so far.  At least you'll know that both enjoy walking the beach.

I just wondered why my morning program wasn't on.  It's Saturday.

Morning all.

J J...i would sit on the toilet for the entire flight to save $100, so im sure allegiant would be fine with me. Flying is a commodity, imo. They all get you where you are going.

Frank.. maybe buy some Sea Monkeys that used to be advertised in the back of comic books to keep you occupied while the rainbow roses are growing? 😉

Bernie... you need the X-ray glasses for the
beach! 😁

Speaking candidly, very few people remain physically attractive after 50-60, IMO. That can be a problem if that's of utmost importance.

Soso.. when do you go home?

So bizarre hearing about cold rainy weather.
It's heating up here and we are the frogs in the pot.

Twirls.. sorry you are not seeing more improvement than you would like. Keep searching for an answer. Glad you don't Stink anymore. 😁

MB.. keep mowing. 😉

Every one else.. Happy Saturday! ☺

A world of my own
I'll make it my home sweet home...

Step son made it to Manila and met his bride.  He's says she is everything he has dreamed of.

Niece just left.  I have ham and beans on the stove.  Brownies cooling.  Laundry is done.  A few more winter clothes packed away and summer things where I can get to them.

A good day so far.
