Good morning BCers!
Gray sky and raining here.  Temps still in the warmer range.  High of 53F predicted.

Finally finished the Christmas tree.

Turtle ornaments

Wanna go for a walk in the rain?

Stay out all night...sleep all day.  That's the plan for my kitty.

Buenas Dias Tortugas, hoy es Viernes.

SoSo, perhaps the other truck came from the States? I'll ask my source when I see him again.

Nice doggies, PJ & Pam.

Cindy, my favorite angel in those pix is Joey.

Crunch, hard to tell if there are less people here than the last two years as this is just the beginning of high season, but my gut feeling is that there are less than normal.

We're having a great time, dinner last night with Felipe and his wife Yolanda was very enjoyable, stupid me did not take any photos worth sharing, will try to do that today as we all on going on a beach crawl.

Hasta luego!

Wag more....bark less.

Hola
Pamela T, I fully intended that the first thing I would mention 2 posts ago was how sweet your baby is.  Such a darling face and poses so cute!  It's a beautiful picture.

Everyone's Christmas trees and decor are lovely.  Beauty everywhere.

I made myself eat a good breakfast after liquid yogurt calmed the pain.  I'm a bit better now.  I hope it improves because I'm tired of feeling miserable and sick.  I called my Dr this morning to say either we have to find the problem and fix it or bring on hospice and morphine because I cannot live with this.  Even the worst back pain or RA issues were nothing compared to this agony.  His office wasn't open yet.  It was before 8.  Sorry to be such a Debbie Downer.

Bernie, those little short legs give him great torque when he rids the yard of the squirrel menace.  He may be little, but he is like a jet when he chases squirrels (or a big leaf that may present a threat.)  He does not like me dressing him up.  I have bought him ugly Christmas sweaters, Ho-Ho-Ho shirts, and a Santy hoodie that he hated.  The only time I got a good picture of him in a Christmas thing was this...notice the stink eye he is giving me.

His groomer has a gift to get him to pose for his seasonal pictures.  Whenever I point my phone at him to catch him being cute, this is what he gives me…

Good evening.  23 and cloudy.  Sad day here with three national guard members killed in helicopter crash yesterday.  No names have been released yet.  Flu cases are up high in MN an several other state and another shooting in FL today. I ran some errands this morning.  Found some time to read today and then got the Dyson out and did all the floors, and cleaned both bathrooms.

Badger, the flowers were a nice touch and the pastries for all at El P.  Kindness goes along ways in today's environment.  Did that seafood sopa have queso in it?  All the food pics look amazing.  So much fun catching up with friends you've made along the way.  Thanks for clarifying about Teresa.  Now I remember you've mentioned her in the past and sure hope she is having a lovely time.  Great fare from  MSP to CUN.  I just signed up for the SunCountry deal alerts.

Pam. that little pooch of yours is so adorable.  Did you stage the photo at our home or elsewhere?

Bernie, the calm Atlantic looked so nice.  Your weather has been bouncing around quite a bit lately.   Hope the PC fan fix works out for you.

PJ, your tree looks lovely.  Elphie looks so content and Cudi the cutie too.

Holly, sure hope you feel better very soon.  Did you ever make it to John Gray's for you beloved Eggs Benedict?  Cool story meeting gentleman from Missouri.  Have you made it to your fav Italian restaurant yet?  More pics please.

Cindy, your angel tree is exquisite. No offense, but I do agree with SoSo on a new camera.  I've noticed the same with other photos you've posted.  Your decorating looks lovely.  A labor of love.  Perhaps you got the rest of your outdoor lights up.  We are going to have a couple more nice days with more melting.  Clipper system comes in with snow Sunday eve through Monday and then the polar plunge.

Kim, positive thoughts sent your way with upcoming Dad visit.  Praying it goes better than expected.

Kudos to you Bob.  Can't imagine that workout.  Congrats.

Hey Mapes.  Did you finish that over-sized garage you were working on this fall?  Hola to Sweetie.

SoSo, too bad on the tub enclosure.  Shower can be used, as you said, in the meantime.  Looking for the positive is always the best route.

Have a beautiful weekend all.  I plan to tackle the Christmas cards next.  Hugs, MB.

So many beautiful trees

Badger, glad everything is going so well, looking forward to pics of the beach crawl.

Bob, trying to walk uphill in skis looks pretty difficult. Did you need liniment afterward? Looks like your muscles got a good workout.

Twirls, sorry to hear your stomach is giving you such problems. Does dairy help? When mine gives me a little pain, drinking Ensure and eating pudding helps a lot. Hope it calms down during your Mexico stay or longer.

Pam T., had to laugh at your story and the pics. Many years ago when I started working at my last job at the old CSC computer IT company, they had a guard cat. Cat was named Officer Katz and he even had his own budget for food, vet, etc. plus a house to stay in. They wrote a story about him in the local paper. The secretaries used to catch him and dress him up for Christmas in sweaters, etc. and he did NOT look one bit happy, especially when being passed around at the tree decorating party.

Love the turtle ornament also, PJ.

MB, the seasonal pictures I post of Midas are taken by his groomer after his bath and blow dry. They have seasonal sets in their shop and have a keen eye for staging their stars. It costs extra for the pictures but my boyboy is just so cute I just have to share it with everyone.

Good Morning
I saw that my camera had been turned off auto. Fixed that. Unfortunately can't do much about shaky hands.
PJ, your tree is beautiful!
Love the eagle tree.
Frank, how does IM like the Jetta?
Badger, need more food porn.
Holly, hope the tummy is better.

Hope to finish the outside lights today. Then I may just call it done for this year. Just don't want to put the garland up in the kitchen this year. Feeling the pressure of the late Thanksgiving...need to get going on cards and cookie/candy making. Tick tock.
Have a wonderful day, all!
Cindy

Howdy and good morning everyone.

Not too cold this AM : 44F at 7:20. Sunny today with a high of 61 degrees.

Went to Ocean Isle Beach to feed the two cats. They both acted like they were starving but their girth says they are getting plenty. Orange kitty gave me big loving. Got to the beach too late for a walk due to high tide and that I got a call from Chet to help with hanging his new TV. He had already attached the wall bracket and the other bracket to the back of the TV; just needed an extra set of hands to raise into the wall bracket and hold it into place while he adjusted the 4 bolts that locked the two brackets together. Not a hard job. I left Chet as he was hooking up the new sound bar that Santa bought him ( his Mom ). After I fed the beach cats I went to Walgreen's to buy some more saline flush for the nose. It's a nice pressured nasal mist can made by Arm & Hammer called Simply Saline.

Today I will see if I can get to the beach for my walk. When I get back home I'll probably will check with Chet to see how everything everything sounds and looks on his new electronic toys.  This was the same TV and sound bar that he had checked at Costco when we took a trip together to Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago. He was drooling back then and couldn't wait for everything to go on sale for Back Friday.

Nice tree, PJ. That is a pretty angel on the top. Huge too. Thanks for the pictures, especially your fur babies.

Wow SoSo. How did you get all of those Bald Eagles to perch in that tree ? Is that a Douglas Fur ?

Pan T, I could tell he wasn't too excited to be dressed up and I bet the can really run fast when chasing the squirrels.  Thanks for all those pictures.

MB, that darn fan didn't arrive yesterday. The USPS tracking number said 'out for delivery' but hey, it's rush hour for the postal service. Maybe today. Yes, our weather has been a yo-yo.  Please keep your cold up there.

Thank you for the pictures, Chris and Cindy. Big tree looks nice. Who stole the chocolate chips, Chris ?? ha !

Hi jamiep3. Been a long time since your last visit to the B.C.  I think we talked way back when but my memory has failed me. Again.  Where are you on the Eastern Shore ? I grew up on the lower Chesapeake Bay area ( Newport News ). Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Time to get ready for the day.
Y'all have a 'gooder'.
Bernie
