Food

We are new to All Inclusive resorts. We have stayed at the Secrets Riviera... Want to go to the Grand Sirenis. One Question I hear they have 7 to 10 restaurants. How is the food? Does it all seem to be the same at each restaurant?
Thank you,
Dorene

We stayed there three years ago and found the food to be excellent. The food was different at each restaurant. You have to book in advance...approached to book as we were going to our rooms. Did make one reservation for the first full day we were there and that was not the best plan. We were getting settled and learning our way around....ok...we were enjoying ourselves at the swimup bar and had an early supper reservation so had to leave the fun to go get cleaned up for supper. I would suggest a later supper. The steak house was great. The buffet is huge with lots of selection and a beautiful patio to sit outside on a beautiful evening.

We were at the Sirenis last April and the buffet was very good . We ate in the Cajun (not great) Japanese (typical food and show , so good) and Brazilian (I thought great ,wife not so much) There are plenty of options ,the wings at the beach bar are addicting as is the tequila for some reason.

In our experience the food at the Secrets resorts is above average for all inclusive resorts. I've never been to the GS, but I'd be surprised if it was quite at the same level.
