354 more day's. Is this pathetic or what? I keep trying to talk my husband into a short trip before next june. FAT CHANCE.

I never book a trip more than 30 days away, I'm very impatient and couldn't wait that long! Its fun to be impulsive. Belive it or not I also save money that way.

saving money........... now you have my attention ineedavacation. care to share your info? Husband keeps saying no, not until next year, maybe I can talk him into it if he thinks he is getting a good deal.

I book through a "last minute deal" agency out of Baltimore, MD. If you have the convenience of going on short notice they have great deals. I understand there are many like this. My particular agency deals directly with Apple Vacations. Only problem is you have to pay in full upon reservation. You can get great deals on 3-day weekends on short notice through agencies like this. for almost the cost of airfare alone you can do your whole trip to an AI.

I keep telling him we need to do a short trip before we take our daughter and 8 of her friends for their senior trip. Never been want to check things out before we take her. I would like to get the skinny on things so she will have a lifetime of memories.

Hi ineedavacation, I am from Baltimore and I know that agency, have used it many times! I started using another agency also based in Pa. that has gotten me some awesome rates to the DR and now my new FAV Akumal! they have a great relationship with Apple and got me a really good rate for Christmas at ABR! I am so stoked to be going and finding locogringo!

Your GREAT parents, I can't have my kids read that. Just tell your daughter that you and your husband need to go down for a quick investigative mission to gather information on the resorts. She might fall for it! Just don't tell her much fun it was!

WOW!! And I thought counting down from 138 was bad. I'm with inedavacation...I will never book so far in advance again. Just too hard to wait that long!! Congrats anyway. Its awesome!!
