Jeanne, you may want to try accupuncture. I smoked for 20 years and tried everything but nothing seemed to work for long. In August of 2004 I tried accupuncture and for me, at least, it worked great. I had no mood swings, urges, cravings or anything. So I do not know if it is fact or fiction but who cares, it worked great for me.
Good luck

Hi All! Work today, then on DH's bike (I still can't ride - bumm toe) on a bike run in Southern Oregon, Lake Selmac. Last year, our 48 Indian won peoples choice in the bike contest. This year, the commenorative shirts will have a pic of the Indian on the front. This is a fun trip that I really look forward to.

Everybody have a great weekend and we'll talk at you Monday mornin!

Hey, it's not yet noon, so still morning! 'Nother beee-you-T-ful day here!
Hey, Paul! Long time! You guys coming in January? Rich and I are busy with the house -- the kitchen's been torn up for almost 3 weeks. (We had no outside wall on the kitchen the night I got an appendicitis! Kept expecting to find a critter in the kitchen during my all night barf-fest!) Some day the house will be done ... some day!

DH and I did this in 2002. One session and we quit and never looked back. I DID have withdrawals though...nasty withdrawals for one week...almost didn't make it...but then stuck with it one day at a time. I don't envy anyone having to go through the quitting process. I'll support ya Jeanne! It is tough, but you can do it!

I'm right with ya BIB...I was too busy this AM to check in, darn...rain today scattered, we did have my game last night and we actually won by the 10 run rule. I got 2 doubles.....well 1 really the other double was because of an over throw to 1st, ha, ha!

Supposed to have a make-up game tonight at 7 we'll see if the rain stops? Tomorrow better not rain they say in the am....big poker run on da river...fun, fun, fun!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Craig-Good for you & good luck, let me know how it works for ya!

Mom-LOL, I got up a few mornings for breakfast!!

TGIF!

Paul - I will be thinking of you. Just take care of yourself.

Many thanks, Crunch...leaving shortly for the memorial service for my cousin...four hour drive...damn, I hate these things...I'll have to be careful tonight...me drinking bourbon in a strange town with a bad attitude usually means trouble and I'm getting too old for that crap..gotta quit feeling sorry for myself and get thru this...

Dee, nice to hear from you again, but, sorry, no, we can't make it in January...Babs just can't get off from work until late Feb..gonna miss you guys...again...someday! Say Hi to Rich for us...

Paul
