I've read that Christopher Gill is no longer the Guest Service person. I also read that it is a person named Ivan Ortiz. Is that correct & is there an e-mail address for him?

Didn't this just come up a little while ago? Try a search for Christopher Gill in the search function above. I don't remember the answer!

It did come up not too long ago but his e-mail address wasn't on there - just a reference to Christopher's address.
