Okay boys and girls,
I leave for three days and the 12/8 party has gotten completely out of hand. I have made the decision to give this party its very own thread cause I lost count and I'm thinkin, too, that maybe we should give Lol Ha a 'heads-up' on this crowd cause they may need to bring in backup waiters....THIS IS GONNA BE ONE HELL OF A PARTY!!!!

I have the banner and will be there on the 8th!! We started a little Library fund at the Red Deer LG party and wonder if we can show a little more LG compassion at the party? Any suggestions?

Well since every good party need something to toast to, have one for Mr. and Mrs. Jailcop and I will do the same for all you Loco's from Jamaica. Hope to see you all next year around the same time....Now I'm really mad I had to change destinations. I love a good party.

We're gonna miss ya too. We'll be toasting all Locogringos that couldn't make the party and plan a date for next year, so we can all be there. Have fun in Jamaica.
All Party Participants:
What would you think of auctioning off a Locogringo t-shirt from years ago and giving the proceeds to some families in the Roo or the library? I hear these t-shirrts, at least for now, are collector items and should bring a pretty penny (or is that a pretty paso?). Let me know and I'll give it up.

the T-shirt auction to raise money for the library is a marvelous idea and it should probably bring in some good cashola for the library people
Most of my flock is pretty excited about the party and are planning to come
Yes, somebody should defintely warn the lol-ha staff, because I'm gonna guess this is going to be one of the biggest, it not the biggest, functions they've had in a long while
Not to mention that all of us are going to be insane
we'll need to get somebody to shine a big light past the webcam and get the entire group in front of the camera for that action
this is craziness......has kay and gary ever heard of something getting this big?
And, on that note, are they going to be there? Kay told me that they might be trying to go on their own vacation
If I don't talk to you before hand, have a safe trip, enjoy your vacation and we will be seeing you on the 8th

The personal invite to Kay and Gary has been sent. We now await a reply. If I don't find the Lol Ha website (haven't looked yet) or the e-mail address for the owner (which I have seen somewhere) to give them a heads-up, we'll get over way before the party day and let them know the Locos are coming, the Locos are coming!

I hope I can survive another LG Party. The Canada North one in Red Deer was fantastic. If you saw the coolers decorated on the Red Deer site, and if anyone wants one decorated, I bet if you talked really nice to my Italian hubby Mario he would paint them. We could give him a few bucks and then throw it into the Library fund. However, please leave him some time to enjoy his holiday also. He's not on this web ( shy ) but we can ask on Dec 8th

We're already on the list (Janice and Gus) but we just paid for our room and we're staying at Club Akumal Caribe. We can crawl with Miguel and Sharon back to the hotel afterwards. Can't wait. Only 12 more days. Janice

Yes, painting the coolers would be a great way to raise more money, if your esposo doesn't mind. We will pump him with tequila and/beer and feed him fresh ceviche (sp?) while he does his work. You may not already know this, but husband's personalities, while on vacation, change dramatically (for the best). I know this as a fact, not just heresay.
