We stayed at the Coral Princes Hotel and Resort from 2/18/13 to 02/28/13. We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a king size bed. The hotel was clean and the staff were all great. I would like to thank Miguel, Angel, Himi, Leandro, Jaime, Juan, Lorenzo, Jorge, Eli, Eduardo, Jose ( The Captain ), Pedro and Cornelio. I know I have missed some people and I thank you also. They all made our tip very enjoyable. We went to town everyday and just wondered around and checked out all the shops and headed back up into the neighbor hoods . I would recommend Los Cinco Soles ( thanks Robert ) they just let you shop and dont bother you. There prices are about the best we found on the island. We were going to rent the Barney vw but it seamed there was always a cerveza in our hands so we opted not to. We did have a Barney couch in our room. Its in the video of the room. After walking from Coral Princes all the way past Park Royal we hired a taxi to go to the east side He charged us 70 us for 3.5 hrs. We went to several spots that he knew of off the beaten path. Stopped at rasta`s and had a cerveza or 2 stopped along the way at several spots to check out the water and grab a cerveza and made our way to coconuts and had a couple more to drink. We then got dropped off at the hotel. We snorkeled right there at the hotel and was recommended by Tomas & Crunch you guys were right, great spot to snorkel. We were going to go on a cattle snorkel tour but it was so good around the hotel we decided to cancel it. We never missed Happy Hour at 4 pm. We would joke with the bartenders about the big baño . What us gringo`s call the swim up bar. People sit there all day and drink and never get out. Smart gringo never goes in pool with swim up bar. This was our first time going to Cozumel and we loved the laid back atmosphere and the people are so friendly. Since this was a vacation for rest we didnt do a whole lot.We just liked wondering around were tourist dont go. There were 4 or 5 ships in port everyday so we stayed off melgar .We shopped at Mega, its a very nice store plus I used the atm `s there because there is security right there and didnt have to worry about getting cloned or what ever you call it. ( I was told they were very safe by several people who live on the island. Over on the ta forum ). We didnt do a lot in the 10 days but rest and layout and snorkel. All in all I love Cozumel and will return. Hare is a link to my pics and movies on my you tube page. I realy dont like the way they came out from Picasa but im not redoing them they are the top 15 on my page I bought a new underwater camera this year. its a panasonic ts 4. I found out its actually hard to take movies and pics bouncing around in the waves. Hope you enjoy..........John http://www.youtube.com/user/BUZZARDROOST5015/videos?view=0

Really nice report, have to try Coz one of these times. Only stayed at one place with a swimup bar (I call them p**-up bars) at the Sheraton my first trip to Puerto Vallarta. Will watch the vids a bit later, it is early in California and do not want to wake up my nice neighbor.
