Had a wonderful meal-A La Carte Mexican. Bubba mug ran empty so had our waiter make me a 'Jackfish drink' at the bar . They now have the Jackfish recipe. Ask for one! Smooth......
Recipe for a Jackfish* in a 34oz mug
2 oz tequila
2 oz Triple sec
2 oz Grenadine
2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
Pineapple juice
Orange Juice
Lemon juice
Crushed Ice
7up

A local Mexican restaurant where I live makes something similar... without the grenadine... and calls it a Nena. With the midori, orange liqueur and fruit juices it's already pretty sweet. Not sure I'd be able to stomach it with grenadine.
