Where is Easyway ocated outside of the airport? Would like to know how far from the airport. Looks like they are the best choice for rental. Can't get the right quote from the Big guys on line. Have had problem in the past when returning the car with insurance being added after showing email confirmation.

When they pick you up at the airport, it's more or less a 5 minute trip to their office. The air traffic control tower is clearly in sight when you load up your car.

You realize they will pick you up at the airport and shuttle you to their office. Their office on 307 is a hard to see from the highway, it's just behind the Pemex station just north of the airport cutoff, on the northbound side.
I've used Easyway several times, they are great. The only problem I've run into - they don't have real plates on some of their cars, just paper documents taped to the rear window. We were pulled over twice by the police between Akumal and Playa, probably because of this. The police were fine however, and waved us on after reading the document in the window.

Some cars have actual plates, some have paper.  Just check the dates on the plates to make sure they don't expire while you have the car.  They have brought me new paper plates when I noticed mine was expiring.
They are great guys!

I just made my reservation with Easy Way, also. Had originally planned to go with Cancun RentaCar, but Easy Way offers the EPC for less, and a 10% discount, which made their price much less. I asked poor Jesus a ton of questions through email and he was very responsive and kind. Booking the car rental is one step closer to getting to the RM!

The location just off the airport grounds actually makes the return of the car much easier without having to look at airport lane signs while you try to drive at the same time with the much easier chance of speeding with the low , changing airport speed limlts .
Have a good look around as the van delivers you to Easyway so you can easily find your way back . It's easy but look for a landmark that you will notice when you bring the car back .
Most rental cars from all providers tend to be low on gas , so fill up , paying ATTENTION at the first Pemex you come to and buy a drink for the ride south .
Cheers

I just reserved through Easyway. Started out Tsuru, automatic, full coverage including EPC (0 deductible) 8 days...$390.00. Still more than I wanted to pay so I down graded to a manual transmission and asked for 5% Locogringo discount and 10% for liking on Facebook and it brought it down to $310.00. A little better. Hey every little bit helps!
This is my first time with Easyway, I like where the office is located!

Just curious - when the guy drives you back to the airport for the trip home after you've returned the car, do most/all of you usually tip him? I usually do. Yesterday, when I gave him some pesos, he seemed shocked/delighted to be getting a propina.

Thumbs up here from a multiple Easyway user! They are always courteous, providing the exact car we reserved. One time the car wasn't big enough (for 4 adults and two babies), and they upgraded us to a van for free. We will always use them. And the cold cerveza upon arrival is a very nice touch after a long flight!

I think he got a 50p from me. They are quite good to work with and as I remember, I got a shot of tequila upon leaving the counter. LMAO! (I let the girl drive.)

Moonaround, going north on 307, go past the airport exit and drive for about another 30 seconds and you'll see a Pemex on the right. Cut through the Pemex and on the other side you'll see the Easyway entrance.

Side note - if you need to put any gas in before returning your car, I've found that Pemex to be very honest. Never seen any of the tricks played there.

Most of the van drivers have a cup/bucket/container on the center console for tips.
