Marguarite and I met James and Debs, a charming couple from outside London, in El Placer at Mayan Beach Gardens. We did some kayaking,snorkeling, and shared a few cocktails now and again. We talked about Carnaval, and where we'd be stayin' at Villa Blanca. They were leaving for a wedding in Florida, and weren't quite sure what they'd do upon return to Mexico. We were pleasantly surprised when Marguarite and I were poolside, and they strolled in. We had a great time at Carnaval. I told James that I take a lot of pix, but usually are only in a few. He took lots with my cam at Carnaval.

We split our time between dancing in the parade, observing from 2nd floor at Senor Frogs, and dining from 2nd floor at El Toro's.

It was over the top fun!!!

Here's a few more from the fiesta!

This last shot is the owner and family from El Toro's.
As you can tell, I'm a big fan of Carnaval in Cozumel. This is why I extended our trip 6 days to party here on our last night!!!
