Hello, Last week, I booked a private transportation on the LocoGringo site. The message stated that a confirmation email will be sent in 15 minutes. I haven't received the confirmation. I also sent an email to reservations@locogringo.com asking to confirm my reservation but haven't received a reply. I checked all possible junk email folders. We have never had problems with not receiving emails. We are arriving on Saturday after 7 PM and I still don't know whether we will have the transportation and where to find the car. Our company of four have two children and a disabled person with limited mobility. Any help would be appreciated.

No worries. I received your order on Feb 4 and processed it. DO NOT PANIC. Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport. I will send you a new confirmation from a different email address in case there is some problem between your email address and our email system.

Hi Beachey, Thank you very much for activating the emergency response network. It worked! I have received the transportation voucher. It will be our fifth time in ABR. I tried to suggest another place for this vacation but my family expressed a firm 'NO!!!'. Hope the construction does not ruin our image of Akumal. Thank you again.
