Been to San Pedro, Xcalak, and El Placer, and now in Cozumel. Carnaval festivities last night - dancing with mucho chicas. Marguarite and i and Rick were snorkeling a ship wreck in the Sian Kaan (from the south entrance), and blew 2 tires. Ric and Marguarite got a ride back to Mayan Beach Gardens with a Mexican family (only vehicle that went by in 1 1/2 hrs), Ric had same Tiida make / model so I used his spare to get back. Day before yesterday went to Chetumal and got 2 tires and a rim. Yesterday was a travel day, about 4 hours to Calica, and then car ferry to Cozumel. Marguarite was beaT, BUT i WALKED TO THE ZOCOLA and partied down. It's been a fabulous five weeks that will culminate on Fat Tuesday. Tons of pix and stories. It's a trip just to have 24 hr electricity and internet access. Thursday I'll be back in St Paul at work, but I won't be worth a xit. This has been our best vacation ever - BY FAR!!!!!

spent day at punta sur park. didn't get off the beach. snorkeled w/ schools of tangs, ocean triggers, and french angels. they advised not to snorkel today because of currents, but it wasn't too bad.
it was a fast drift.
goin' there tomorrow before the parade. got naked with a bunch of rowdy canadians in the hot tub at villa blanca.
well only for a few quick pix. down to one last day.
