I will be on Cozumel Monday. It was 85 degrees and cloudy today but Carnaval will still be going on when I arrive. That sure beats the weather up here. I will be on the island for about a week before it is time to head down to Xamach Dos for their Bocce Ball tournment. Upon returning to Cozumel there will be a forum dinner at Tony Rome's restaurant then we are getting a group together to rent a sailing yacht for the day which should prove to be another great time. There is still the block party or two to organize along with one or two road trips to somewhere we haven't been. I know it will be a rough time between events having to go to local beach clubs and cantinas then going out for dinner but we will get through it. I will be back sometime in April or May and will try to post a few photos as time allows. I do get island fever so don't know how long I will be able to stand it.

If TM Butler is there for bocce ball at Xamach Dos, say Hi from Gordito Hombre. And tell him to put some D*** clothes on...

Had 6 Bloody Mary's on the flight down. There was no 2:00 pm ferry so I go stuck at the bar for an extra hour. Met someone I knew on the ferry so had to go for 4 more beers after it docked. Finally mad it to the house where cold beer was waiting. Out for dinner and a few more beers. I hope today is a little easier.

Love tagging along on your adventures.
Looking forward to lots of stories and pictures.
And of course the morning beer and ice runs.
Cozumel is next up on my bucket list.

I think Steve O is a fictional person :O) . you know like the guy I read about in my adventure books on the beach. He does things that seem impossible with such ease.pops up every morning with an attitude seizing the day. love his reports and photos.
he even emailed me with help to find a doctor who would remove some sea Urchins spines from my hand when no doctor in my town would touch it.

So close but yet so far. Missed you, but looked for another chance meeting. Perhaps you saw the bamboo root rasta cepter? Naw.. I'm sure you would have recognized the snake.
