OK. Enough already! We are looking at 4 or 5 nights in a row with an inch plus of snow each night here in Minny. I am sick of shoveling!!!!

And to make matters worse, we leave for Akumal (.....Oh beautiful Akumal....) next Monday at 6AM and the weather jerks are saying chance for "significant" snow storm either Saturday or Sunday?!?!?

Come on already! Let us get out of here!

I feel for ya. We keep getting snow, several days a week, every week, since before Christmas. Every storm basically drops anywhere from 6 inches to two feet of snow. On the up side, you're going to paradise. So, no matter what, you will be in a much nicer version of the "white powdery stuff".

I hear ya. They keep saying it's going to warm up, but it ain't happening. -20 again this morning.
MSP is pretty good about getting people out. One year we were delayed because the had to de-ice the plane. On the way back (from St. Thomas) we had the same pilot. He said there was going to be a slight delay because the had to de-sun the plane.

It has been snowy here in WV also! Two delays last week and one snow day.. Delay yesterday and no school again today. People think teachers like snow days, but these days will be added on in June. I would much rather be in school now than then!
