Wife and I staying for a week in Coz this May with my bro and his wife.
We are flying into Cancun and then having USA Transfers take us to the ferry in Playa. We will ferry to Coz and then taxis to our resort.
This will be our first time doing this so any advice or tips would be appreciated.

just did it in Dec and with USA Transfers
USA Transers will park in a PDC parking lot by the OXXO store a few blocks from the ferry (as it a pedestrian area and a lot of construction)
Driver helped us with our luggage and walked 2 blocks to show us where the ticket counter was by the Ferry - I could of figured it out where to go but it was a very nice gesture -tipped him well
(Another option is to do the ADO bus from the airport as the Playa bus station is right beside the ferry)
On the way back, they told us to meet us at the same parking lot
As we have a 1 PM flight back home, we decided to stay in Puerto Morelos for a few days rather than get up so early to do the hotel che ckout / cab / ferry / USA Transfer\
PS: We rented a car (Volks convertable bug in Coz)

How much is the ADO bus and what about luggage room?
Our return flight is a 12:15pm departure. It sounds like we should leave the resort at about 7:30?

Ado bus is around 11$US (114 pesos) when I took it in Nov12
Luggage - ita a huge greyhound - tons of luggage underneath
