Any excuse, Huh? Have a wonderful trip! Congratulations on your new puppy - we would love to see photos. Hope Spike, Steve, Mort and Mattie are all well. You made the right choice for wedding location. We are booked for OT May 14-21 and we are expecting the usual problems but imagine the issues the wedding party would encounter. We look at it as camping out on a beautiful beach hoping to have a flushing toilet, hot water and a working tv with no flooding, poisoning, dead animals, urchins, etc to make our trip more memorable. Anyway have a wonderful time!

Oh Tracie, those Shih-Zus are so cute, friends of my late husband had one named Molly (who is unfortunately no longer on this planet) and she was just the cutest and sweetest dog ever! Glad to hear your husband is doing better and have a great trip Raining here (again).

I love the Palladium. Have you been there before?
I don't know if you happned to read my last review, but the day after we arrived home, one of our dogs literally dropped dead. He had a coronary infection, secondary to strep. A week later, we put our old girl out of her misery. It was devastating, I so empathize. They fill our hearts, and homes with love, then they take a piece of it with them, when they go.

My daughter bought her for me. Unfortunately it was to try to get me thru the loss of Spike  We had to put him down shortly after our return from Mexico in Nov. He had congestive heart failure which we knew but then came down with Addisons disease. His little body (Maltese) couldn't handle it. It was horrible. I have done it before but he was my little man and love of my life. I guess I was pretty bad and my son and daughter decided to do something! So on the brightside....IM POTTY TRAINING AGAIN! Ughhh
Now for my hubby...his recovery is going well. Shortly after we returned from Mexico(11/17) he talked the doc into light duty work! He's an ironworker!!! But he's still working and feeling good. Im still panicking! So he will work and I will vacation this time! It will be nice. I will relax and the kids can enjoy each other! No romance unfortunately with mom around! LOL!
