Cancunrentacar/Caribbean
I wanted a car that I could drive to Guatemala in April. An affidavit is required to take a rental into Guatemala (no paperwork for Belize). After a few emails back and forth I expressed my concern when I was told it could take 24-48 hours for the paperwork. I really didn't want to stay in Cancun an extra day and let them know I didn't want to spend my vacation waiting for paperwork. I told them I wanted to be able to get to Tulum the first day and leave for Guatemala as soon as possible.
I got an email back from Josue telling me they would arrange for the paperwork to be in their Tulum office by 4pm the next day. Just happens to be right across the street from itour where we'll be staying. The customer service was awesome. I now am at ease concerning this whole take a car to Guatemala thing. Once again these guys come through with flying colors. The whole thing including the $150 for the affidavit is $880 for the three weeks, totally insured. I imagine we will have to buy some kind of insurance at the border to Guatemala but it's all good to me.
With a little persistance and some good service things can get done in Mexico

Glad to hear their customer service was so good. We are using them for a rental in April, thanks for sharing your positive experience.
