We plan to take the ferry from Cancun to Isla Mujeres in April for ABR. Can you take the collectivo from 307 all the way to the ferry pier Gran Puerto? Do collectivo's run all night?

No. Collectivos only run along Hwy 307 and no, they don't run all night.

If you are going to Grand Puerto Ferry dock from the Cancun airport you can take a taxi or a bus or a transfer but not a collectivo.
