Going back to our favorite place on earth in January. Want to visit Xcaret this time. We always take the collectivos everywhere and would like to take one to Xcaret. My question is -- once we get off the collectivo are there Xcaret shuttle vans to take us to the entrance or are we going to have to hoof it? Thought I read somewhere (maybe on I-tour) that there used to be shuttle vans waiting??? Thanks!

I would go on excaret site phone 1-800 number they are very helpful . You also save if you buy tickets online.goodluck hope this helped

They do have shuttles from the road. We walked and while it was early, it didn't seem all that bad, but as the day wore on, I wished we had sat and saved it for inside the park. Between the heat, the long day, the many miles walked and a bit of heat rash..... Arrange for shuttles when you can.
