Generally, underwater lights are not inexpensive. The good ones are sold mainly for scuba diving in caves, cenotes, and night diving. Search Amazon, or the internet for scuba lights.

Leisurepro.com has pretty good prices on dive and snorkel gear. They have several regular sized flashlight options for $25 and under.

Check with the dive shops and CEA when you get down, but usually night snorkeling and night dives, I believe, are discouraged during turtle season. Good lights aren't cheap. You can get lights starting around $15, or you can check with the dive shops and rent a better quality one usually for around $10/day. http://www.leisurepro.com/Cat/Context_965/Lights/972.html#!1
