Uh-oh. You might be sorry you asked. I grew up in household full of mechanics. I can: change oil, change spark plugs, change air filters, change cabin filters, change batteries, change tires, charge batteries, jump batteries, etc. If I have the instructions, I'm willing to try most anything. And in my old 1965 Ford, I knew what to do when the butterfly stuck in the carburetor and it wouldn't start. I hope Cammie made it to you safely! Tell her hi from a former Missouri gal! Patty

The problem is just getting the lug nuts off when they have been applied with a machine at the tire store. You have to be Hercules, and it has nothing to do with your sex!

My point was that if you are out of cell phone coverage and stuck with a flat tire, there are no colors for "chores". I want Cambria and her girls to know how to change a tire. It would make me rest easier.

Okay, I'll admit that I actually do dust. I also don't let anyone else do the windows, as I do a pretty good job of it and probably a better job than others. It's just getting me started on them ....

I won't be fixing flats anymore. Getting a new car, and it probably won't come with a spare - they are being phased out to help the vehicles fuel economy. Also, if I get a flat, living in a city it just isn't safe to pull over (no parking available) or try to fix it on a busy street. It'll be towed by my insurance carrier. check out how many cars DON'T have spare tires: http://www.aaa.com/AAA/corpcomm/socialmedia/No_Spare-Tires.pdf

As a single guy, I find these colors very offensive. I like to think of anything around my house as a nice shade of brown. Especially when the dog leaves a pile in the middle of the den. :)

It's just how me and Mr Bonnie roll and its been working for 33 years come August. So far, so good.
