Been surfing around looking for a condo or a hotel on the beach but far enough away from the noise at night. Looking for something with two bedrooms and a balcony on the water. Got a bad one afew years ago. Noise at night was terrible. Love to party but want quiet when time to go to bed. Guess I want it all. Just staying 3 nights then heading to Coz.

Can't help much if you want to stay in PDC.
Lots of great options on Half Moon Bay. Check the accommodations tab at the top of the page.
HAC, on Akumal Bay is pretty quiet in the evening also.
