Looking for Danny Ramono. He's a local and does private tours. His parents own a restaurant/camping on the beach N. of Tulum. My husband & I met Danny on our honeymoon and we spent an unforgetable day and 1/2 off the beaten path. If your reading this Danny we are the couple form Oregon and my husband lost his wedding ring swimming in the underwater cave. We are coming down in March and I'd love to connect. If anyone know Danny please pass his info along.

Hey Gary,
Help me out.
Do you have a feel for availability of rooms for March 5-7 in Akumal ? Should I freak out considering it's the beginning of Spring Break and we might have to sleep in the Roller Skate we're renting in Playa ? I was thinking about securing a room at Que Onda but kinda want to keep my options open.

We have vactioned in Mexico the last 5 years. I have visited and been a guest on the site the last 4 yrs.I have used it to locate many places and things. I joined today,counting the days also. 6/16/07.Thanks

Hey, SkiInstructor! I see you're from Vail. I spent my formative years (early 20's) in Breckenridge. What a time (early 80's) to be living in a ski town with one traffic light, 3 mountains to ski and 30-some bars! *sigh*
So glad I did it when I was young...er! How the snow?

Not sure this will get to anyone in time, but here goes. Hubby and I will be making our first trip to RM next Sun 24 June. We booked through NWA (we had a 600 buck voucher from a bumped flight earlier in the spring, so we got a great deal 1400 for AI with transfers for 7 days for 2); we were referred to this site from Trip Advisor forum, so next time if we love RM (and we love snorkeling and beaches and travel...so we will probably love RM?) we will check out the booking thru you all. We also own a timeshare so we aren't married to AI or anything. I need info about anything and everything there is that will make our 7 short days go smoothly; I hate to waste precious time on research after the trip starts. Help! Guide me to the right forums for the right info....What questions do I ask? Room, view, food, car, snorkeling (not trips...too much time on a schedule) Thank You ...Thank You... Thank You

if not for this site, i wouldn't have had a gr8 time last year, very helpful! And i'm hooked, going back 2nd or 3rd week of January.

PS I just hope the secret doesn't get out... for the mayan riviera is so much nicer then the strip mall type cancun, and acapulco. Thank you for having this site
