Added guest question

Hi - I'm hoping someone here can answer this question. I'm looking to book a 6-7 night vacation in July 2016 to the Riviera Maya. My husband and I will be traveling as well as our adult daughter (20 years old). She really wants a friend of hers to come - which is fine - but I am not paying for the friend. How would I book a trip and then add a friend of hers? We would definitely want them to have their own room/suite. The last time we went we took a friend of hers (2011) we got adjoining suites which worked out perfectly but I did book it and pay for it at the same time. Are there any hotels that any of you are aware of that may be better at accommodating that type of request?

Thanks in advance,
Amy

Hello and welcome!  In case you don't know Loco Gringo is an accommodation booking site.  If you go to the "Loco Gringo" tab above and click on "accommodation" you can see all of the great properties this site represents.  If you need more information just send them an email.  Their service is top notch and they'll work with you to get you exactly what you need.

Okay - thanks!!!  I was just wondering though if anyone had ever added on a guest after booking was already done and how complicated it is/was?

Thanks,
Amy

Don't know if it works, but we booked a 2-bedroom condo once (yes, through LocoGringo) -- 2 BR and a common area in the middle... sounds like that would make things pretty simple if someone was/wasn't coming.  :)

Why not just pay for it and have the friend pay you back?  Or get the money from her to begin with, then make the reservation?  Locogringo knows how to deal with any sort of problem one can think of.  Trust them!
